Director of LetteronDemand to visit the Ridderzaal in The Hague
Joke van der Ven, Director of LetteronDemand, has been invited by former Minister of Economics Maria van der Hoeven to attend the recommending committee of the 2010 Innovation Lecture. The lecture’s theme is ‘The Asian Challenge’ and it will take place on 7 December in the Ridderzaal, in Binnenhof – the seat of the Dutch government and the political centre of the country. The current Minister of Economics, Agriculture and Innovation, Maxime Verhagen, will officially open the lecture.
Two international speakers are set to inspire delegates. Professor Yoko Ishikura from Japan will discuss what Asia can bring to innovation in Holland from a scientific point of view. Entrepreneur Sam Pitroda from India will outline the importance of these developments for business. Afterwards, delegates from business, the knowledge market, political sphere and other connected industries will discuss the content of the lectures.
