1. My letter has not arrived yet even though it has been over 48 hours since I ordered it. What might be the reason?
Your letter has probably been diverted to your spam or junk folder. Many email providers have a strict filter for unsolicited mail. Please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please email or phone us, and we will send you the letter as soon as possible.
2. I prefer not to pay online. Is there a different option?
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. The fastest way for us to receive payments is online. The work on your letter will begin once we have received and processed your payment. If you send a cheque, for example, it may result in a delay of around a week.
3. Can I use the letter more than once?
When you receive the letter, it is all yours to use as you want. You can use it as often as you like, change it or re-arrange it. We send the letter as a Word document.
4. Your privacy policy protects my personal data, but how do I know that the letter you write for me will not be sent to somebody else?
All letters are saved for seven days under your name and with a unique code. We store the letters for one week to make sure that all customers receive their letters even if they have temporary computer problems. After seven days all the letters are deleted from the system. The unique code prevents the letter being sent to anyone else.
